MLP:fim. Mystery Story. Part 3.

After listening all the stories from the witnesses about O, Snap Pic was more concerned on what O is. Suddenly, there was a knock on the door and her boss, Big Scoop entered.

Big Scoop- Snap Pic, anything about this hooded figure?

Snap Pic- Yes sir, the witnesses stories were very interesting and I even got a name of the hooded figure.

Big Scoop- You did? What's this guys name?

Snap Pic- O.

Big Scoop- Pardon?

Snap Pic- O, Big Scoop. That's his name.

Big Scoop- O? Kinda an odd name to be honest. But I know this is your first story but I want you to get more detail as possible. We need to know more of this O fella.

Snap Pic- Yes, Big Scoop. I already called somepony to help me, an expert named Crypto.

Big Scoop- Alright, I'll show Crypto where you are when he arrives.

Snap Pic- Okay. ( starts typing as Big scoop left )

A few minutes later, another knock was heard and Snap Pic got out of her chair and walks up to the door. When she opened it, there was a mare Unicorn. She was light blue with her light pink mane cut short. She was carrying a dark brown back pack but Snap Pic could see her cutie mark which was a skull of a dragon. The most noticeable parts of this unicorn was her small glasses and a dark blue star shaped hair pin with small white stars all over it.

Snap Pic- Hello there. Can I help you?

??????- That's funny. ( walks into the room ) You wanted me to help you.

Snap Pic- Huh? I think your mistaken, I'm waiting for a colt named Crypto.

??????- Your talking to him, or her is to be more like that.

Snap pic- Oh! I'm sorry, I thought you were a colt because of--

Crypto- My name? Yeah I get that allot. I'm used to it...a little.

Snap Pic- Sorry again. I'm Snap Pic. ( Holds up her hoof )

Crypto- ( shakes her hoof ) Crypto, an expert of cryptozoology. So What is it you need my help for again?

Snap Pic- Well there are these reports of a hooded figure All over Equestria named, O. The stories I heard about him were incredible and impossible.

Cyprto- ( uses her light pink magic to remove her glasses and clean them ) Really now? Tell me why.

Snap Pic then told Crypto all about O and what he did. Crypto looked interested and yet confused a little.

Crypto- I see. A creature that can swallow up a village full of Windigos, great strength plus speed, able to fly but with no wings, seeing invisible creatures, and has fur that can heal any wound in minutes. Truly this is Fascinating.

Snap Pic- Do you have any idea what O could be?

Crypto- To be honest, I don't know. I never heard of a creature that can do any of that. You still have that fur?

Snap Pic- Yes I do. ( holds it up as Crypto used her magic to get a closer look ) 

Crypto- Hmmmm....( takes out a magnifying glass out of her back pack and looks at the fur ) It's no yeti nor any other animal with white fur. Did the witnesses say how big O was?

Snap Pic- No, they didn't. 

Crypto- And are you sure there wasn't any foot prints left behind?

Snap Pic- I'm sure. O must not want to be found.

Crypto- Yeah, your right. Perhaps we could find more clues at the mountains near the Buffalo village.

Snap Pic- Alright. ( nobs )

After a few days, they arrived at the mountains where O was fighting the invisible creatures while having one of the buffalo's being their guide as they hiked their way up.

Buffalo- This is as far as I can go, right in that crevasse is where the dust went flying.

Snap Pic- Thank's you Stone back. ( flies up to the crevasse ) We'll take it from here.

Stone back- Be careful though, there's no telling what would be in there.

Crypto- We'll be fine. ( follows Snap Pic ) Just stay here and wait for us.

Stone back- ( nobs ) yes mam.

As the two went inside, it was like they were in a small canyon with a little sunlight shining due to some rocks blocking the way. Crypto was looking around and the same went with Snap pic only she was a little scared.

Snap Pic- ( shaking as she walked )

Crypto- You alright?

Snap Pic- Y-y-yeah, I'm fine.

Crypto- Your scared aren't you?

Snap pic- No I'm not! It's just.....okay I may be a little scared.

Crypto- Don't worry, we'll be out of here as soon as we find something interesting so at the mean time, just relax and keep-- ( trips over something affront of a small cave ) Whoa!

Snap Pic- ( turns to see Crypto on the ground and helps her up ) Are you alright?

Crypto- ( uses her magic to clean her glasses ) yeah I'm fine. What did I trip over? ( looks down and see's a thin line of something white buried under the dirt. ) Well, well what do we have here? ( takes a brush out of her back pack and starts dusting )

Unaware of the two but the suns light began to move towards the small cave behind them. Crypto was still brushing off what she found as Snap pic watched. She then looked at the cave when the sun's light hit it and her eyes shrank with fear.

Crypto- ( notices Snap shaking ) Oh come on, Snap this isn't scary. Remember what I-- ( Notices that Snap Pic was looking behind her ) What are you looking at? ( turns around )

As she did, they let out a scream as they saw a full skeleton of a huge, bird like creature with three long tails, long thin wings with three fingered claws at the end, and a long neck with a head of a bird with small fangs. The two continued screaming till they eventually stopped to find out it was just dead.

Snap Pic- What ( pants ) is that?!

Crypto- I have no idea. ( look's closely at the skeleton. )

Snap Pic- I thought you were an expert!

Crypto- I am! It's just no pony has ever seen anything like this! Hey, Snap. Did the witnesses say these invisible monsters were able to fly?

Snap Pic- yeah...Wait, that's the invisible monster?! 

Crypto- I believe so. ( looks all around the skeleton and noticed something on it ) Hey Snap look. ( points that the creature was sliced vertically in two. )

Snap Pic- Wow! ( takes a picture of the skeleton a few times )

Crypto- Well, we know about what he fought but not more about O though.

Snap Pic- Yeah. Come on, we better head on back down. I hate to see this place at night.

Crypto- For a reporter, you sure are a scardy cat.

Snap Pic- Hey, we just saw a skeleton! That can freak anypony out.

the two eventually went back to canterlot with still no other clues. They went off the a small diner and had some snacks while they talked.

Snap Pic- So, Crypto. What do you think these invisible monsters and O could be?

Crypto- Well, There was nothing of any of these creatures in the records. So I think they are not from this world.

Snap Pic- You mean...they're aliens?

Crypto- No,no I mean another world of reality or something. It's just I've heard of alternate worlds from equestria so maybe it could be the reason these creatures and O are here.

Snap Pic- Yeah but why? Why here? Why now?

Crypto shrugs as she drank her coffee. Suddenly an echo of a voice was heard in the distance and was getting louder as a familiar Yellow Orange Pegasus flew by and fell behind Crypto.

Crypto- Oh my! 0 0

Snap Pic- Flash Photo?! What are you doing here?

Flash Photo- ( get's up and straightens his glasses while panting ) Snap ( pants ) We just got-- ( notices Crypto and smiled as small hearts appears above his head ) Hello~ ( stands up straight ) What's your name, beauty?

Crypto- ( slightly blushes ) Uh..um..C-crypto.

Flash Photo- That expert Snap called? Huh, no one told me you'd be cute. ^ ^

Crypto- ( Blushes so much she was as red as a tomato ) Me?...Cute?

Snap Pic- ( smirks ) Hey, Flash Photo, were you telling us something?

Flash Photo- Huh? Oh right! ( Blushes from embarrassment ) We heard reports that O is still at Ponyville.

Snap Pic- Really?

Crypto- What is he doing?

Flash Photo- All he is doing is going in and out of the Everfree forest and stops by in ponyville just to relax.

Crypto- He's socializing?

Snap pic- This could be what we need! Come on, Crypto! We're heading for Ponyville!

Crypto- Right behind you, Snap!

Flash Photo- Hold up! ( places his hoof on her shoulder ) After all this story, how's about I take you to dinner? ( smiles )

Crypto- ////Um...that'll be nice...but i'll think of it! Bye! ( runs off all blushing )

Flash Photo- ( sighs ) What an angel. ^ ^

Snap Pic- I think he likes you, Crypto! ^w^

Crypto- >////< Can we please focus on our story!?

later, they arrived at ponyville and at the moment they arrived, they began asking random ponies if they seen O. There were ponies that were to busy to talk, some who had no idea on who O was, and then there was some that did see him but not where he went.

Crypto- ( all tired ) We've been asking ponies for hours, Snap. And we got nothing. I think we should rest till tomorrow.

Snap Pic- Yeah, your right but I'll ask one more and then we head off to an inn. ( walks up to Lyra ) Excuse me, have you see a large hooded figure come by?

Lyra- Actually I did, not to long ago.

Snap Pic- Did you see where he was heading?

Lyra- Yeah, to Sweet Apple acres.

Snap Pic- Oh my gosh! Thank you! Let's go, Crypto! ( flies off leaving Crypto behind but to only come back ) Um...where is sweet apple acres anyway? ( smiles all awkward. )
